Nesta obra, retrato uma figura vestida como um nadador, capturada no momento de entrega durante um mergulho — braços abertos, corpo suspenso, totalmente impregnado por tons de aquarela. Esse instante simboliza a passagem entre o controle e o deixar-se levar: o exato segundo em que o corpo abandona o chão e confia na água.
A aquarela, com suas manchas imprevisíveis, reflete esse gesto de entrega. As cores se espalham como emoções em movimento, sugerindo que, mesmo antes de tocar a água, o mergulhador já é água — fluido, transparente, subjetivo. O mergulho torna-se uma metáfora de um mergulho interior: um convite para abraçar as próprias profundezas, a vulnerabilidade e a liberdade de ser.

In this work, I portray a figure dressed as a swimmer, captured in the moment of surrender during a dive — arms open, body suspended, fully imbued with watercolor tones. This instant symbolizes the passage between control and letting go: the exact second in which the body leaves the ground and trusts the water.
Watercolor, with its unpredictable stains, reflects this gesture of surrender. The colors spread like emotions in motion, suggesting that even before touching the water, the diver is already water — fluid, transparent, subjective. The dive becomes a metaphor for an inner plunge: an invitation to embrace one’s own depths, vulnerability, and the freedom to be.
